1. Eligibility: Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to those who sign up at the Giveaway page located at and who are at least 21 as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. You must be at least 21 years of age, reside in a state that allows ownership of the prize, have a clean criminal record with no criminal domestic violence charges, and be legally able to pass the ATF Form 4 Tax Stamp background check and obtain Tax Stamp approval. You must be able to pay all federal, state, and local taxes, including the $200 Tax Stamp and any dealer fees. Employees of Innovative Arms (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All NFA Rules Apply.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Innovative Arms as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about July 1st, 2025, and ending November 10th, 2025. All online entries must be received by November 10th, 2025, 11:59PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Giveaway site, www.shop.innovativearms.com/promotions-and-giveaways. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Incomplete entries or entries that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Innovative Arms. You may enter only once and must fill in the information requested. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices are not permitted. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Innovative Arms.

5. Prize: Winners will receive an Integrally Suppressed Ruger MKIV pistol. The suppressor model is RMK. The Ruger firearm model is 22/45 Target SKU #40107. Approximate retail value is $1,530. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. No cash or other substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including the $200 tax stamp, background check fees, and dealer transfer/storage fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Innovative Arms to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry within five (5) days of selection. Innovative Arms shall have no liability for failure of a winner to receive notification due to spam, junk mail, or incorrect contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, or fails to comply with requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Receipt of the prize is conditioned on compliance with all ATF, NFA, federal, and state regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF PRIZE PRIVILEGES.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you grant Innovative Arms and its agents the right to use your entry, name, likeness, image, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.

9. Terms: Innovative Arms reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway due to any reason beyond its control that affects fairness or proper conduct. Entries from bots or fraudulent methods will be disqualified. Attempts to damage the website or undermine the Giveaway are violations of law and subject to prosecution.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Innovative Arms and related parties from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize, including but not limited to technical issues, unauthorized access, and errors in administration.

11. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the USA and South Carolina. All disputes must be resolved individually in the state of South Carolina, and participants waive the right to class action or punitive damages.
