01   /   Business & Buyer Details

Enter the legal business name shown on your FFL.
If different from your legal company name, enter the store name customers should see on the dealer locator.
Buyer Name(Required)
Name of the person authorized to place orders for your company.
For example: Owner, Purchasing Manager, or Buyer.
Use the email address the buyer will use to sign in to the dealer account.
Office Phone(Required)
Main business phone number.
    Buyer Mobile Phone
    Optional mobile number for contact about your application and account. Providing a number does not subscribe you to promotional texts.
      Enter your company website, if you have one.
      Optional. Add your business social media profile links, one per line.
      Enter your estimated monthly sales. Enter 0 if you are just starting.
      For example: retail storefront, online retailer, manufacturer, range, or home-based dealer.

      02 / Business Addresses

      Your licensed business address is for internal account and document review. Public listing details are collected separately.
      Licensed Premises Address(Required)
      Enter the complete physical address shown on your FFL. This address will not automatically be published.
      Billing / Mailing Address
      Complete only if different from your licensed premises address.

      03 / Licensing & Required Documents

      Upload clear, complete copies. Documents are reviewed privately before your application can be approved.
      Enter the complete FFL number exactly as shown on your license.
      FFL Expiration Date(Required)
      Enter the expiration date printed on your FFL.
      All SOT tax periods end June 30. Enter the four-digit ending year shown on your current SOT. For July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, enter 2027. Upload the actual SOT copy below.
      Enter the business EIN / SOT number exactly as shown on your current SOT document. Do not enter a Social Security number.
      Select the class shown on your current SOT document.
      Upload a clear, signed copy of your current FFL. PDF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG; maximum 2 MB per file.

      04 / Public Dealer Locator Profile

      Only approved dealers who choose to be listed will appear. Do not include private licensing or banking information in this section.
      Optional. Upload a PNG or JPG logo for your dealer listing. Transparent PNG is preferred; maximum 2 MB.
      Accepted file types: png, jpg, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
      Public Locator Address
      Enter only the address information you authorize us to display publicly. Home-based dealers may provide city, state, and ZIP only.
      Public Locator Phone
      Optional. Business phone number you authorize us to display on the locator.
        Optional. List your public business hours and whether customers need an appointment.
        Dealer Locator Listing Permission
        Optional. Tell us whether you accept customer transfers from other sellers, whether you have a shooting range, and any details you want reviewed for your listing.

        05 / Agreements & Application Review

        Submitting an application does not activate dealer pricing or publish a locator listing. Innovative Arms will review your information and documents.
        Open the fillable MAP policy & dealer acknowledgment. Review the policy and the current MAP schedule supplied by Innovative Arms. Complete the fields, sign and date the acknowledgment, save both pages, then upload the signed document here. A typed printed name alone does not complete the signature.
