To enroll in our affiliate program, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate registration page. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
You agree to market and promote our products in a lawful, ethical manner.
You may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent marketing practices.
You are responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials comply with applicable laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guidelines.
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with our company in all marketing materials (see Section 6 below).
Affiliates may not:
Use spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or misleading advertising.
Bid on our brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof in paid search campaigns without prior approval.
Create websites, social profiles, or content that impersonates our company or misrepresents your relationship with us.
Promote our products on websites containing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Affiliates earn a commission on qualified purchases generated through their unique tracking link.
A “qualified purchase” is defined as a sale made to a customer who clicked your tracking link, completed a purchase, and was not canceled, refunded, or charged back.
Commission rates and payment schedules will be specified in your affiliate account dashboard.
We reserve the right to change commission structures with prior notice.
Payments are made via electronic check or the method chosen in your affiliate account.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Payments will only be made for commissions earned on qualified purchases.
Affiliates are required by law to clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship whenever promoting our products. Acceptable disclosures include (but are not limited to):
On a blog post or article:
“This post contains affiliate links. If you use these links to purchase a product, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.”
On social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.):
“#ad,” “#sponsored,” or “(affiliate link)” must appear prominently in the post.
On video content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.):
The disclosure must be both spoken in the video and written in the description (e.g., “This video contains affiliate links, which means I may earn a commission if you click through and purchase.”).
Failure to comply with FTC disclosure guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, without notice, for any reason, or violation of these Terms & Conditions or any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total commission earned by you under this program.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
