This Shipping Policy applies solely to orders placed directly through Innovative Arms, LLC.
General Terms
– We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
– Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning firearms, sound suppressors, magazines, and ammunition in their locality.
Shipment Processing Time of Non-NFA In-Stock Items.
– Orders of non-NFA in-stock items are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
– Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
– During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by several days.
– Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
– We ship only to addresses within the U.S.
Shipment Processing Time for NFA Items and Backordered Items.
– There is no estimated time of arrival (ETA) for NFA or backordered items.
– NFA item orders are processed as soon as possible, after payment has been received.
– Shipments occur on business days only; weekends and holidays are excluded.
– NFA items are shipped exclusively to licensed FFL/SOT class 3 dealers after ATF approval of the Form 3.
High Volume Orders
– High order volumes may cause delays of several weeks in shipment.
– Customers will be notified of significant shipment delays via email, text message, or telephone.
– Delivery delays are possible and should be expected.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
– Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number(s).
– Tracking numbers become active within 72 hours of shipment.
Damages
– We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
– For damaged orders, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
– Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.
