Online Store Product Returns

Note: This policy is for non NFA controlled products from our online e-commerce store. All sales of NFA products are final. For silencer warranty questions please view our main website.

If you did not purchase directly from, please contact your dealer/distributor regarding their return/exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with your accessory or swag purchase, you may return it in unused, original condition and in the original packaging. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the price you paid minus any shipping fees. If it is determined that the return is necessary due to an error on our part, the shipping fees will also be refunded.

 Requirements to return or exchange

  • Return must be made within 15 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in new (unused original condition) and in the original packaging.
  • You must ship the item in a way that insures against shipping damage and ensures delivery. *We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
  • If you request a refund it will be given in the same method of original payment.


To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number to receive an RMA and return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your refund.
